Enjoyed that - a lot of identification with the back story (Trauma) and fair play to Matt on his outlook - sounds exceptionally happy in sobriety which is what it's all about - the spiritual experience he spoke about was very moving and inspiring, I got the gift of sobriety from having the Gift of Desperation to get through the doors of AA and had the calmness of being present with people who understood me right away - a great listen and I've shared the app with a few lads I know that are sober but white knuckling it - cheers
