Oh so familiar- I’ve been through several phases and drinking personas throughout the years - possibly the worst was the Holiday clown I played year upon year in Greece - doing dentist chairs and having a full bottle of Metaxa brandy squirted into me from a water pistol- ending up unconscious on occasions on a hard floor or on one occasion I didn’t believe I’d actually left the apartments the previous night until the following night strangers came up to me telling me all the antics I’d got up to... there was nothing amazing or noteworthy about doing these things - they weren’t heroic and didn’t enrich my life- this afternoon I played for hours with my 2 boys - that’s life enhancing- thanks again Sam - great story telling and spot on as always- keep em’ coming!
