A reminder: tonight I am hosting a Reset video livestream at 7pm. These semi-regular get togethers are a chance for people to get together, ask me anything and chat to each other. Some of it’s serious, some of it’s funny, all of it is helpful. As always, the guiding motto is ‘mental health without the bollocks.’

I just caught the end of the stream tonight on YouTube. I wish I had managed to take part as I was told on Monday that I was being made redundant from work. It has hit me pretty hard as it was out of the blue and because I've only been full time for 9 months (9 months contracting) I have no recourse. I'm not eating. I'm not sleeping. It's like being in love but without all the good feelings. And because it was announced on Monday I've been watching videos of 9/11 on YouTube inbetween applying for jobs, which I'm sure isn't doing my head any good. It's early days yet and I'm trying to be strong for my family but it's difficult.
